Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). 」

「We were in Paihia for the Jazz and Blues festival and had 7 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Great social spaces for hanging out. Great location as we could walk into town. We were all very happy with our stay. Would love to have had the opportunity to cook and dine around the lovely dining table but we were out and about enjoying the festival. Next time.」
