Very convenient location to stay while exploring the area and Waitimo caves. They are less than 5 mins away from the various cave exploration options, provide a continental breakfast and offer a washer and dryer for $5 a load each.

We LOVED our stay! We were offered dinner - a chicken and potato curry- which we took them up on. It was by far the best meal I’ve had in NZ- home cooked, tasty and so flavourful! We loved the garden area and the deck. It was one of our best stays. 100 percent recommended!!

Great place to stay after our caving adventure. Wonderful host and great breakfast included. Only bummer was the parking situation. If you have much luggage it’s a hassle to carry it up the stairs, and parking was a small distance from the rooms.
