This was the perfect property for our Christmas family stay in Waitsfield! Kate was an amazing host and communicator throughout our booking. The house was well appointed and enjoyed by all including our dog, Murphy. The views from the living room were unbelievable!

Mad River Graduation Weekend

Right from our first steps in and our last steps out, this property exceeded all expectations! It was clean and close to where we needed to get for a busy Graduation weekend itinerary!Would definitely come back! Ski lodge in the summer time

We spent an amazing week at the Mad River Ski Chalet. My kids declared this the best Vermont house we've ever stayed in (we go every year, we've stayed at a lot of houses). It's rural enough, while still being close to things you need. Waitsfield is a great town - lots of stores and restaurants. Easy drive to Burlington. But more importantly - the house is just great. Very comfortable, beautifully updated, great deck with incredible views. We definitely plan to stay here again.
