"The heater malfunctioned in the middle of the first night but was fixed in the morning. However, the telephone in the room never worked. Every time I called a local number, I got a "number out of service" message. When I asked the hotel operator to call, it worked fine. Even after the hotel sent a staff member to check the phone and who replaced the old phone, it still didn't work."
