It is a great value, although it does sit on a fairly busy road so you need to have very well-behaved dogs or keep them on a leash. The linens were clean and it had everything we needed. We appreciated having dinner at the pub next door when we arrived after a long drive.”

“We were surprised at the listing stating that it slept up to six people. For four men the room in the lower level that held two single beds was not enough room for our two guys. We were happy for the couch against the wall on the upper level where one of our guys slept all week”

“We loved our New Year’s Eve weekend visit with our family at this cabin. The cabin has cozy and rustic decor and was in a great location! We enjoyed heading right outside to the dock in the mornings for eagle watching and observing the ice fishermen on the lake. The cabin is centrally located to Boulder Junction which was a fantastic northwoods town with lots of great local restaurants and hiking trails (and snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, & snowmobiling, weather-permitting).
