“We enjoyed a quiet & relaxing girls weekend! The house was very clean and the kitchen had all we needed. We took some groceries and enjoyed several meals there. Each of us had our own bedroom that was very nice! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, played games, went to Tuttle Creek and watched movies on Netflix. It was a fairly short drive to Manhattan too! We definitely would go again!”

“We had a great short stay at this property. The fishing down at the creek was very good, caught a lot of fish and the dock was very stable and safe. The rest of the property is fantastic and there is plenty to walk around and see. The best part of the stay is how clean they keep the rooms, that is not always the case on these types of rentals, but everything was great. The attention to detail and decoration was well done, and the home baked cookies and other snacks was a nice touch. We will be……

“Definitely a good place for the family to stay on a game weekend… It was very spacious, easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Definitely needs a few more things added to the kitchen. Pots and pans were very worn out, stove was older, but got the job done. Also could have used a few more towels and washcloths in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall not a bad location, would probably stay there again when visiting Manhattan for a quick trip.”
