「Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). 「Our family had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Ansarli Villa. The property and grounds were immaculate, and we had nothing to do except unpack and relax. The location was ideal, private, but reasonably close to amenities and services. Despite thinking we would spend some time exploring the local area, in the end we spent pretty much the whole time on the property as it had absolutely everything we could want there. 「Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation. The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nelson at Alan’s property. Communication with Alan was a breeze along with check-in and check-out. The house was as advertised, well stocked and clean. The location was amazing, as you could be walking along the Maitai, wandering the Queen’s Gardens or brunching downtown in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be booking Alan’s property on our next visit.」

「Had a lovely ANZAC weekend at Fern Tree cottage - even went to the service at 11am just down the road. Spacious and warm, and just around the corner from the shops and bakery. Kids loved the rooms, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommended.」

「My family and I loved our stay in this new apartment. It's often hard to find something really great quality in a great location but this was spot on. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us with our daughter making us feel settled right away. I have to say the bed was incredibly comfortable and really appreciated the high quality of the decor and items such as towels and linen. It really did feel like a luxurious weekend away.」
