“Everything was fantastic during our stay. Location is secluded but close to everything, and hosts are so kind! Still felt very private and we really enjoyed the hot tub. So many accommodations inside the apartment as well to use. 10/10!”

“What a fantastic place to stay, l have stayed in a lot of places over the years and have never felt so at home! Perfect location, private place to ne at peace yet close enough to run into town. This is an absolute amazing little piece of the world, very easy to get to from everywhere and centrally located to go anywhere. Very clean and well set up along with fully stocked. The only thing it lacks is some sorta cooktop for cooking meals. Otherwise all the comforts of home. And then there’s the……

“Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!”

“Wonderful spot for our fam of 6. Comfy beds, cozy fireplace, dark rooms for great sleep. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Very walkable to slopes daily. Little Bit of a hike going up 3 flights of stairs but property offers wagons to help with trip From car to condo. Very prompt responses from manager. Would definitely stay here again.”

“In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. Yes its a bit dated but beds were pretty comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend skiing. The only thing is that the digital checkout instructions are different than the physical printed ones on site, which is confusing. However communication with host was good and was able to figure out proper check out instructions quickly. Would……

“Wedding weekend for our family. Plenty of room, and the many bathrooms were perfect. - Confusion over how to get in and when on the first day - AC did not work - The unit is next to a busy street, with thin windows, so the noise comes right through. - The master bedroom bathroom lights are decorative, dim, and yellow. It's not good for getting ready in the morning. The light switch is failing. - Parking spots provided are right inside the garage door and difficult to get into. The keypad……

“We had an amazing time staying here for our Steamboat ski weekend! The cabin was very well equipped, Deb was a very gracious host, and the property was beautiful! We spent most of our time in Steamboat, however everyone wished we could have spent more time in house. It slept 15 comfortably and made the weekend that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!”
