「The floor we were on smelled like weed. It also did when we stayed there 5 years ago and decided to give them another try. Still the same. The workers at breakfast were not the friendliest. Other than that, the pool guys were nice and we really didn't have any interactions with the front desk except when we checked in. Pool areas were clean and well kept. 」

「My kids loved the hotel. The highlight was feeding the geese and pigeons their food each morning. The pools were very crowded, but it was also spring break so that was to be expected. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Pigeon Forge was very busy and the river next to the hotel was nice and relaxing. 」

「The property was clean, safe, comfortable. I liked the location. Needs some updating: the tvs are old and the channels are very limited. The food was just ok, fitness room just ok. Overall, I would stay again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our daughter absolutely loved sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, which was such a sweet little highlight for us. We’d definitely come back again.」

「Gentleman that was working the front desk when we checked on on April 4th was extrenely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We were on the 4th floor, the end room and it was quiet and comfortable. We have stayed here before and probably will again! 」

「The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. 」
