"The hotel is a kind of apartment hotel style, therefore we had a kitchenette and good space around. It was a one bedroom type. The location was fine has you had some stores closed, but a little far to go to the old town. Nevertheless, it is clean, well maintain, good amenities and we appreciate the place. A little expensive, though it is high season."

"The lady at reception was excellent, I think her name was Monom. I had to book a room for an extra night and she ensured we didn’t need to change rooms and gave a good rate. She made some excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The only down side of the room was the shelves in wardrobe were so high up, they were unusable and there was a lack of hanging space. The hotel’s location was great, so close to all the sights."

"room is clean, location is wonderful. The parking at check in is awful, for it is located at busy area, and there is no dedicated parking for check in. another thing i felt is missing if the hook in the bathroom, only one. There are two of us, staying for two nights, i normally don’t request room service for two nights."

"Fab hotel with really friendly staff. Room was spacious for the four of us. Bathroom was huge! So close to station which was ideal for early train. Couple of bakeries next door for cheap pastries. Would stay again."

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."
