"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend.
Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises.
Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! Hierfür wurde...

"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home.
A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list.
Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

"Das Zimmer war toll, absolut gepflegt und modern, die Matratzen schön hart. Frühstücksbuffet war ebenso sehr schön und lecker, das gebuchte Abendessen (Halbpension) ebenso.
Leider war eine der drei Saunen im Saunadorf defekt, aber die anderen (auch im Hotel selbst) waren einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt war Preis/Leistung sehr gut, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen"
