"Great private house with beautiful ocean views! The deck got so much sun throughout the whole day which made the cooler days nice. Hot tub worked great. Close to gualala restaurants. Beds were comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. Keith the host was great and helped me with my user error on operating the electronic keypad front door lock. He even texted later during our stay to make sure everything was OK. It was! We found the house kitchen to be unusually well-equipped for a vacation rental and clear directions were posted at the point of use for devices/appliances, and a helpful notebook of tips, instructions, etc. was also provided. Loved the roof deck. We brought old towels and sheets to dry dog and prevent tracking in sand, but a stack of old towels and sheets also was supplied for guests with pet who may not have thought to bring their own."
