“The front desk staff are friendly as same as IHG hotel, one of the lady didn’t show enthusiasm to help when I called to replace a pillow because all pillows are too soft (even if the firm ones), obviously they are aged, the lady at the reception said that no, they don’t have other pillows. “Excellent location. Right in the centre of the CBD area. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful too.
Cleanliness needs some improvement tho. We had large bugs in the bathroom for two consecutive nights (not sure what kind of bug it is and where they came from). The washer and dryer had lots of dust and needed housekeeping to clean; the carpet looked and felt dirty, and they forgot to take out the trash during one of the housekeeping days.”
