There was enough room for us all (7 people; 5 adults) to sprawl out and feel comfortable. Host was very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable arrangement that we didn't take full advantage of because we traveled to the surrounding areas every day. Pool was closed for winter, but we enjoyed the deck anyways. Very clean and well-stocked with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)

A little slice of paradise

Eight of us plus an infant thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Powell farm! It was a perfect location and the house was great for our family needs. We swam in the pool every day! The house was spotless and the property was very well maintained. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Tennessee!

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious.

Great location for a great getaway

Property was clean and well equipped. Easy access to Maryville, Townsend, Cades Cove. The pool was a God send. Amy was friendly and with great communication. We had a great time. My daughter was married at the adjoining property. It could not have been a more perfect location for us.

Smokys Getaway

This is our second time staying here. Perfect location between Townsend, Maryville and the Tail of the Dragon. The pool and views make this house. Amy is a great host and we’ll definitely be back.

Smoky Mtn Wedding trip

We had such a nice stay with our extended family at this property. And the views are spectacular! We had plenty of room to spread out, but also had a large gathering area for all to visit, eat and play games together. Kitchen was well equipped for use.
