「Stay was okay, really just a place to sleep and cook a basic meal, no place was set up to hang out or lounge. Okay for couple with kids. Was nice to have an option to purchase snacks and drinks onsite. Vrbo states English, but all communications were in German. Close to home owner who goes to sleep at 9pm, and there is a charge for everything… sauna, extra towel, parking, bikes…so be aware. No self check in, so you will need to set a time to check in.」

Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is in classic homey design, clean and well equipped with basic cooking equipment, also a floor fan is provided. 「Very bright, clean, and comfortable space. Marius was responsive and helpful when we had a question. It was a quick 10 minute ride into Heidelberg on the tram which comes every 20 minutes. You walk through the host's home on the main level to get to the upstairs and downstairs spaces, but they are very pleasant people. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
