「Drove from Sydney expecting a good night's sleep and instead, I got a loud trashy night club blaring awful music and the bass reverbating through my room. I called reception and asked if they could reduce the volume and bass but they refused. 「Room was spacious enough. No body wash in dispenser in shower cubicle made it difficult to shower. No toaster in kitchenette. One wine glass. One teaspoon. Office hours didn’t commence til 9 am so not easy to ask for anything. So disappointing in what was provided and not provided. Staff friendly at front desk.」
