River view/ peaceful setting

The 2 bedroom house was right on the river and was easy to enjoy with the fire pit on the property. The back patio had a great time view as well. Inside everything was clean and well appointed. I was very pleased with our stay here. It's about 30 minutes to the closest town of any size though,.so plan ahead with groceries,.etc.

Perfect spot for our time in the Hudson valley!

We had an excellent time here. The space was immaculate and everything brand new. Amazing view off the back porch of the Walkill river too. Would definitely recommend.

50th Birthday Bash

We had a great stay. The house was clean and met all our needs. We used the fire pit on Friday, used the back lawn for yoga on the river bank and lunch on the porch. The keyless entry was great for ins and outs for our group.

Perfect for mid-week break

This property was everything that was advertised--on the river for our son to fish, a nice clean open backyard, and a cute/clean house. We were looking for a rental to escape the city and decompress a little bit. This place was perfect for that.

Relaxing

Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and linens were soft and clean. Family and I had a very good time, we wanted a relaxing weekend and we got it. Kelly responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Kelly's home.

Perfect rental for us!

Kelly was on top of it all…from initial check in to check out! Really appreciated the prompt communication and being so accommodating! This rental was clean, great location for hiking, biking and all we needed!! We loved hanging out by the fire pit and down by the river. The view and location is perfect. Thanks for everything…we will be back!

Close to Vineyards

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long wknd and it exceeded our expectations. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. The view of the river and the backyard with the 2 fire pits was beautiful. We set up the fire pit every night and were able to enjoy the outdoor space. We were very close to the vineyards which was awesome and plan in returning in the fall.

Welcoming, clean, and a great location.

This house is very comfortable and welcoming! It was very clean with a beautiful view in the backyard. Very nicely situated between New Paltz and Newburgh with a ton of farms for apple and pumpkin picking around. My wife and I stayed with our 18 month old daughter so I appreciated the mini split units in every bedroom so we can keep her room comfortable for naps and night time! Great house and definitely recommend!

Relaxing by the River

Our group had a great, long weekend at this riverside home. House was very clean, everything worked properly, and the host was extremely responsive. Would’ve enjoyed grilling on the back deck, but the fire pit can do the trick. Great for those that like being outdoors or exploring new places!

Worth Every Penny

Besides the amazingly clean property itself (which is newly renovated and dedicated to being a rental, it seems) the location is wonderful. There are a plethora of places to go and see. Additionally, the backyard is wonderful and the river view with the fire pit made it worth it alone. There are neighbors within sight, but only had pleasant interactions.

Fantastic

Check in process was incredibly simple. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was beyond well equipped. They have an entire cabinet loaded with spices and coffee. This property had a toaster, a coffee maker, 10+ pots and pans, aluminum foil, baking sheets, etc. Loads of fresh towels and extra sheets were available. Each room is climate controlled with its own thermostat. The location was also amazing, very quiet. Definitely 10/10

Little Retreat for Legoland

Our little family stayed at this quaint house during a trip from Brooklyn for a visit to Legoland. We found charming restaurants very close by, we loved watching sunsets over the river each night and even tried our hand at fishing. The house was perfectly laid out for my husband and I and our son to have separate spaces, but not be too far from each other and it was well equipped with board games, outdoor games, and easy access to every streaming app. The beds were comfy. There were tons of pillows and blankets. Really everything you would need for a weekend away!

Short stay with family

Overall our stay was great. The place is very clean and the rooms look like the pictures. The listing is listed as an entire house but there is another unit attached to the house. There was a unit above us and to the side of us. With 4 children I knew we would have moments that it would be loud and I didn’t like that I knew other people shared walls with us. I specifically booked it because it is listed as a whole house. Additionally the deck in the pictures has furniture but there is currently no furniture. When I contacted the host she said they were waiting on new furniture to arrive, which is great for the future renters but not us. We had planned on sitting on the deck after the kids went to bed. The host said we could bring up chairs from the basement which didn’t interest us. There are multiple cameras in the backyard. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable. We understand hosts needing cameras for renters but it seemed excessive.

Lovely Spot

The house is delightful. Very comfortable and well stocked with all you need for a weekend at the river. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was gunshots at 6AM on a Sunday morning. I assume they were goose hunting but this seems strange given the residential nature of the home. Thanks to our hosts!
