「Staff is very nice」

「The reception staff were excellent when we told them Our flight was delayed by an hour. We thought we might not make it back for1 am reception closing. They had told us they’d wait for use excellent service. We had to take a taxi as last bus had left. Arrived with time enough spare to have a night cap. Friendly - unbelievably kind staff.」
