“The condo was exactly as listed and perfectly fine for our needs. However, there were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable.
First, the check-in experience was disappointing. We had quite a bit of luggage, including suitcases, a cooler, bags with coats and shoes, computer bags and a hanging garment bag. When we asked if there was a luggage cart available, we were told there was one somewhere in the building, but the person checking us in didn't know where it was if it……

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“This place is a dump. Super hot and humid outdoor and it's worst when you're indoor coz there's no AC so your roasting on 100° with no fan, no AC and moldy room. You can even open the window due to heat and construction outside that Expedia FAILED to addressed during reservations. Only after the host emailed and informed us that there's construction and the parking was sooo far away. Stay away”
