「Very cozy. Owner seems to have thought of everything when building this cabin.」

「The shower is pretty tight with only a small caddy so might be helpful to bring your own or plan accordingly. Also, we had an issue with a few of the lights not working but not enough of a problem to interfere with our time there. Overall a good stay that allowed us to reset.」

「Our host was very responsive and super friendly. They were very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「It was just as described. Super clean, enough bath linens, comfy beds. We did not find any dinnerware but a quick walmart run was no big deal. I’d stay again it was so clean.」

「Small little cabin. Fit our needs. Bed was comfortable, slept well.」

「It was so nice. I Love the way the house is set up. We got to rest and relax」

「We rented this cabin for 2 nights to ride Brock creek ohv trail system. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to!!!! It was within riding distance from the cabin. Past reviews had us a little worried about barking dogs and such, but it was very quiet, The cabin is equipped with everything you need, even has a hair dryer. We will definitely stay here again when we ride the trail system.」

「Overall, the stay wasn’t too bad.」

「everything was ok except neighbors parting all night and lots of barking dogs all night」

「We will not stay anywhere else! Amazing property! My mother my husband and I all stayed for 4 nights. The home was very easy for her to get around in which matters at 86 years old! The views are breath taking! Peaceful is the main word that comes to mind! You absolutely could not have a better host than Chad!」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is the best choice I’ve made in a very long time. I loved it in the pictures posted on the site but WoW it is ALL that and MORE in person... so much more!!! We absolutely enjoyed an amazing 4 night stay @The Perch and I wish it...
