Both bathrooms are freshly renovated but to get to the one downstairs requires a trip down a steep staircase. The outdoor space is amazing! Beautiful clean hot tub, new sauna, covered pavilion with grill and picnic table, fire pit with chairs! Make sure you plan some outdoor time at the cabin. “This Vrbo one bedroom apartment was the perfect place to see the town of Jim Thorpe. It was located on a side street right in town. The location was very peaceful and walking distance to the train station and other attractions. It had an outdoor deck and patio that was well kept with a small water fountain. The shower was amazing and the overall setting was so unique, with an artistic flare. The apartment was clean and had a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well stocked. Really everything……

“Super spacious apartment in a great location located about 8 minutes from Jim Thorpe! Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall a great place to stay in Allentown. The place is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We ended up parking on the street as parking behind the building was a bit confusing to understand precisely where to park. You do have to pay to park on the street every day except Sunday. The owner of Gems and Joe was very kind and informative regarding the area. This is so much nicer than a hotel and so much more comfortable.”

“Comfortable and very nice”
