“Toilet ran all night and hot water was only warm.”

“I’m furious and in disbelief on the complete lack of customer service at this hotel! I was kicked out by the manager after being there for united and then politely complained about the cleanliness of the room. I had a reservation for two separate rooms on Oct. 14th for 3 nights so I can visit and see my son off on an overseas deployment. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes before “check in time” so if I wanted to go to my rooms I’d have to pay an additional $20 and since I just wanted to go see……

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“.”

“Room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast selection, hot tub and pool are were nice.”

“It’s was a old hotel but it was clean and being remodeled. It looks nice so far.”

“The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious with many options.”

“Good”

“The shower appeared to be unclean, and the bathtub felt as though it had residue on it.”

“Ethan was very attentive and helpful. He made sure our room did not have a smell as a couple of others did. I would like to suggest the cleaning crew to be a little better on cleaning the rooms fully.”

“Stayed on the third floor and every evening there was an overwhelming smell of food cooking. It would fill my room. Not what I want my hotel room to smell like. Tub was stained and door didn't close properly in the bathroom.”

“Great hotel if you like people out the hallway at one in the morning, making noise”

“The breakfast was bland. I was very disappointed in what was being served. No staff was available to answer questions about what was available for breakfast. The overall stay was very good.”
