“The property itself was ok. However, there were other issues that detracted from it being an overall good experience. We booked two king rooms through Expedia but were given two queens with no communication . When we raised the issue we were given a flimsy excuse about not having enough housekeeping staff to make the king sized beds. Over a 3 night stay no one made the beds, brought fresh towels, took away the garbage, cleaned the bathroom or replenished the coffee station supplies. The tv in……
