“Quiet and relaxing. Beautiful views”

“If you like to hear crickets and birds but no road noise, you will love this place. The house is awesome, everything looks brand new, nicely decorated, very clean. The rocking chairs on the porch makes me think that Andy and Opie may be coming by. But the best part was the landscape and how peaceful it is.”

“This was a great place to stay with kids and is almost equal distance to both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. There is a playground that is right across from the house and you can even watch your kids from the balcony. When we got there we discovered the Keurig was broken, but Larry took care of it within an hour of us letting him know! There are plenty of beds and space in general. One of the closets could fit an opened up pack n play it's so big, though we didn't need to do that since……

“This was a clean and accommodating cottage on an absolutely beautiful farm property. The sunsets were amazing! It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the cows, pigs, barn swallows by day and frogs and fireflies by night. Very convenient location to the Ark Encounter. We enjoyed eating at Beans cafe & bakery for breakfast. We would highly recommend this beautiful little gem in the countryside.”

“The place was in good condition, and we enjoyed our stay. The main bedroom downstairs was good for the baby and toddler to sleep because the curtains did a great job of blocking light. We adults stayed upstairs, and that worked well for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and a coffee shop. There was a small playground nearby, but it wasn't in great condition.”

“I decided that a home rather than a hotel was a better idea for our vacation and came across this lovely little place. I could not have made a better choice. It was so nice to have the space all to ourselves and the peace and quiet experienced was so relaxing. We truly felt at home. Although it is a bit of a drive to get to someplace like WalMart or any restaurant, delivery via Instacart and Uber Eats is also an option. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is stocked and all appliances are……

“This was a great location for visiting the Ark Encounter. Perfect size for our family of 4, giving each teen kid their own space. We’re used to one bathroom so that wasn’t a deal breaker, but it’s rather on the small side. We appreciated the text a couple hours before check in giving our access code, providing us with a point of contact for our stay.”

“Landers Lakehouse is a very quiet and peaceful getaway. My only issue was the dog that was always around. We couldn’t eat outside as planned as the dog was always wanting food. Other then that very peaceful and relaxing.”

“We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning……

“Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Clean and kids loved the play in the basement. I didn't like that the grass outside wasn't cut, but the next day the landscape person, had just finished the grass when we got back from the Ark Encounter. ”
