“Bare bones rental. Kitchen is ill equipped. No cutting board, no baking sheets, no kitchen towels, no wine or bottle opener (I went and bought my own cutting board and wine key which I left for the next renter). No blankets in living area, no extra blankets in bedrooms. House has a bit of a weird smell, I bought a candle, would suggest you do the same if you’re going to be around the house for more than sleeping. Patio furniture has no cushions, and it’s wicker so not really comfortable to sit……

“The stay could be 5 stars but there are some deficiencies. The thermostats are in need of calibration. It was a cold weekend that required we run the heat. One thermostat set at 63 made it very warm in the master suites. The living room set at 77 was still very cold. The bonus room does not heat at all. The property is listed as 6 bedrooms. It is a 5 bedroom house. There is an extra bed in what is essentially a closet within the 5th bedroom. It is not a 6th bedroom as it doesn’t even have a door……

“Terrible experience. Me and a group of friends were scheduled and confirmed to stay here on New Years Eve and was in contact with the owner beforehand. The day of NYE I was never contacted on how to enter the home even though myself plus members of my group reached out to the owner multiple times, and so we had to last minute change our plans. I was traveling from out of town, luckily all my friends weren’t because where would we have stayed last minute on NYE, one of the busiest days of the……
