“L'appartement est charmant, et très pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes (une chambre parentale, un canapé-lit séparable en 2 parties). La localisation dans Berlin est très pratique : 2 lignes de S-Bahn et 1 ligne de U-Bahn à moins de 5mn à pied, un supermarché Rewe à moins de 3 minutes à pied). La propriétaire Ania était en vacances lors de notre séjour, donc nous n'avons pas pu la voir. Mais malgré son absence elle a été très réactive sur un problème de coupure d'électricité qui s'est……

“we had an amazing stay here for our time in berlin. the property itself was so clean and very well laid out considering the small space. it had everything we needed. the host, Gregor, was extremely accomodating and helpful. we also felt very safe in the area and we were very easily able to travel to many different areas of berlin via public transport. we would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay in berlin! thanks for having us ☺️”

“It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable! What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need……

“Hormis un.coup de stress pour la delivrance des codes , ma piece d identité lors du check in n'ayant pas pu soi disant etre lue malgré un mail initial de conformité du dit check in, tout s est par la suite très bien déroulé . Appartement spacieux et tres bien arrangé : absolument parfait 👌”

“Excelente estadia. ótima localização ao lado de estação do metrô. Supermercado muito próximo. Todo processo checkin é checkout automático e muito simples e fácil. O apartamento é confortável e tinha tudo que precisávamos. O prédio conta uma com máquinas de lavar pagas, que foi bem útil. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o colchão, para um casal ele ficou afundado no meio o que gerou um pouco de desconforto. Definitivamente recomendo.”

“Nice place, there is a very small staircase which is not suitable for elderly people. + Very nice neighborhood + 5 minutes to the supermarket + Many restaurants and kebab shops - The floor in the bathroom was broken, tiles were loose and broken with holes underneath and there was a bit of mould.”
