“Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good.
However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves.

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the airport, which made our travel so much easier.
The room was spotless, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, and everything was well maintained. The host was warm, kind, and made us feel right at home.
A special thank you for the freshly made South Indian breakfast before we left. It was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Thank you for your……

“Our stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene of the room. We found cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes and spiders inside the room. More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic……
