Friendly staff, cocktails were excellent, especially sitting around the pool. Bed extremely comfortable pillars were heaven. Shower pressure was fantastic and the spa bath was amazing.

This is an extremely well presented property, from the lovely room to the outdoor/pool area. the room was nice and quiet, clean and modern. We had breakfast in the dining room which was tasty and filling. The staff all over the property were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brilliant Hotel

We attended a function "on the Deck" right from Check in to dining and drinks the staff were excellent. For country Vic I was surprised at how impressive the Hotel is. I would definitely stay there again. You can tell the staff are very proud of where they work.

Such a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, beds are large and comfy. We would love to go back over summer as the pool and surrounds looked very inviting. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, lovely food and impeccable service. The wait staff were attentive without being intrusive, and particularly Meryl, who looked after us for both breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for her, making our experience a very pleasant one. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Wangaratta, and can highly recommend this hotel.

Such a great place to stay close to everything. Food from the restaurant was lovely and a good price which we ate next to the pool so relaxing. The rooms were spacious and really clean. Would definitely recommend to others and we will stay here again if in the area.

Really very special service. Meals were great. Tesla charger worked perfectly. Came down to car in the morning and the window had been cleaned with a note wishing us a good onward journey - nice!
