“The house was very convenient to the beach, Aldi’s, Walmart, and local restaurants & shops. I wasn’t sure how private it was being a guest house, but I never felt that we didn’t have privacy. Our dogs enjoyed the little fenced in yard. We appreciated the updated bathroom and kitchen. The weather was so pleasant a small outdoor area would have been nice, and we missed not having a washer & dryer and dishwasher, but overall it was clean and cozy. We would stay there again! “We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Cape Cod rental. The house was roomy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. With four bedrooms and over three bathrooms, everyone had enough space and never felt crowded.The extra basement space gave us even more room. We didn’t use it, but having a washer and dryer there was really convenient.The location was another big plus. “Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful vacation rental experiences we have had, and we have rented through VRBO many times.We arrived at 5:00 with a group of seven and did not have the code or instructions needed to enter the house. I had sent messages through VRBO and received no response. Thankfully, the owner eventually got back to me with the code, but standing there with seven people and not knowing whether we would even be able to get into the house was an incredibly stressful……

“Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You.”
