「The staff here are phenomenal. Phenomenal. When we arrived, we were having trouble with our WiFi. Renata and Bela could not have been more helpful, thorough, and accommodating. In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela. They swung into action identifying the problem and then ended up moving us to be to a closer router. They really went above and beyond in my estimation and saved what could have been a...

「Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. 」

「We originally checked into an apartment with a lovely view but the pervasive smell of mould, particularly in the back bedrooms. After bringing this to the attention of the receptionist/management, we were moved to another apartment for the rest of our stay. This made the world of difference to our experience. Zanzibar had spacious apartments with world class views and a great position. Was terrific to overlook beautiful Mooloolaba beach. A favourite place!」
