「The room we had was on the top floor with no lift which was a bit hard with two little kids and luggage. The door wouldn’t close properly without slamming it. The shower gel was empty in the room. The room was dated and the windows were stiff to open and close. The breakfast was pretty good with a good range and the information for the room was okay. 「Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills.」
