The Space:
Welcome to your picturesque mountainside escape where Appalachian charm meets utmost luxury. Our property, meticulously designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, offers four cozy bedrooms with premium linens and comfortable beds. Each bedroom has an attached bath, giving each guest their own personal space.
Experience the defining essence of rustic elegance in our open floor plan living area with its high ceilings, a soothing ambience created by the warm fireplace, and the breathtaking views of the mountain range seen through our expansive picture windows. The inviting space beckons for intimate family gatherings or a relaxing evening with a riveting book.
Our fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a foodie`s delight, outfitted with a coffee maker and barbecue utensils. Savor your culinary creations either at the intimate indoor dining area or on the wraparound deck while witnessing scenic vistas.
Venture outside to our enticing wraparound deck, the home to our seasonal pool for an exhilarating swim or our hot tub for a relaxing soak under the stars. The adventurous ones can head over to our game room equipped with a pool table, a ping-pong table, console games igniting bouts of friendly competition leading to cherished memories.
Our luxurious retreat is fitted with all necessary amenities from air conditioning, a washer, dryer, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, dining essentials, cowoking space, to a BBQ grill and fire pit for your convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, furnished with keyless entry for hassle-free self-check-in and the flexibility of arrival times. Free outdoor parking is available for your convenience, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note, the garage space is excluded from the rental.

Our tranquil getaway is nestled in the heart of Appalachian mountains, making it a perfect choice for upcoming holidays. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, celebrate the essence of summers by exploring nearby points of interest such as Lost River Trading Post, Wardensville Garden Market, or Tuscarora Trail Eagle Rock Trailhead or relaxing by our pool.

Immerse yourself in the welcoming small-town charm of the scenic Wardensville, West Virginia, while appreciating nature’s grandeur. Note: Our property operates Pet policy with $100 fee per pet. Maximum of two pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, excluding cats.
Adhering to our house rules, including quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM, is highly requested to maintain the tranquility of the environment.

Please note that before your booking begins, you must sign the rental agreement.
We have a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.
Our standard base rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups of 7–8 guests, an additional per-guest fee applies to account for increased linen service, laundry, cleaning time, and overall home preparation.
Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)
Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities allow you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so quietly.
Our quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am to help preserve the serenity of the woods for our neighbors and your fellow guests.
Fires can be started at 5 pm and must not be burning by 6 am the following morning. This is different from a rule we came up with; local authorities are issuing tickets.
When using a fire pit, please do NOT leave it unattended; you should use the fire screen and be sure the fire is extinguished before you turn in for the night.
Outside of quiet hours, please refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors.
Please keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible. We are located in the woods near a body of water, so bugs will make their way inside if given a chance.
Please leave the place as you found it.
Please leave the grill where it is.
Please place bagged trash in the black garbage can in the garage. If you don`t bag your garbage and place it loosely in the garbage can, you will be subject to a $40 bagging fee.
Pets: Welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. Our pet fee is $100 per pet and is charged through the platform when booking when you add pet guests to your reservation.
If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out, and we can send you an alteration request.
If you bring an unregistered pet (not on the reservation), you will be subject to a $150 pet fee.
Please keep your pups on a leash outside. Beware of wildlife, such as rattlesnakes, that may be dangerous for pets.
Please clean up any pet waste in the yard.
Hot Tub: Please shower with soap before you enter. Please do not bring glass in or near the hot tub. Turn off the jets after use and return the cover after use. Do not bring food into the hot tub area. It can create a mess and attract bugs. No pets of any kind or size in the hot tub. No Soaps, Dyes, Bubbles, ETC. Are allowed to be added to the water. Keep ALL bodily fluids inside your own body. Please refrain from spilling drinks. If the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to guest negligence, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation.
Garage space: Is not part of the rental.
