My family and I have no complaints. We loved everything about our stay. Scott was very attentive, and communication was effective which is greatly appreciated. We are definitely coming back to this cabin.
Location was great for skiing at Stratton. Plenty of space for two families that we were not on top of one and other. House was very comfortable. Owner was great providing us details and information we needed for our stay. He was also flexible with our check out time this afternoon. We were so grateful since my husband was not able to ski. We hope to come back again
The cabin in Wardsboro was a cozy and comfortable retreat in the woods. And a nice touch-- a bottle of wine and two wine glasses on the table when we arrived. The scene from the living room/dining room was spectacular-- the leaves were still brilliant but many had dropped giving us great view of some distant mountains. The space inside was comfortable for the two of us but would have accommodated another couple or a family. We enjoyed the dual fireplace on the main floor, especially because the weather was October cold and even rainy on one day. It made our evenings very cozy. We also enjoyed the fire pit at the back of the property. The owner provided plenty of firewood for both.
The only minor drawback during our stay was poor internet connection, but the owner stayed in regular contact trying to get it working. New equipment installed after our stay pretty much assures the next guests that they won't have any problems in that regard.
The cabin is close to Mount Snow, so I imagine this is a great location for skiiers. We were there for the hiking and found several great trails in nearby Wilmington such as Haystack Mountain and Merck Forest.

This was an amazing cozy cabin with excellent hospitality. the experience was so wonderful I want this cabin to become a tradition for me and my loved ones !
This little house is clearly very well loved by the owners. The owners left very chat instructions on how to use everything, and they were very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a lovely time and would love to return!
Natalie and I had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, beautiful and quiet inside and outside the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything needed and beautiful location
We had a great stay here for a ski vacation getaway. Had everything we needed and in a beautiful scenic location. Owner was very responsive to anything needed. We are looking forward to returning.
Cabin size was great for the group of 3 couples. Nice seating by the fire, in the kitchen or in the living room. Kitchen is fully prepared for the small party cooking and super nice dining area as well as board games made our stay very pleasant.
This was my first time renting a property and it was a great experience. Scott is incredibly helpful and had so much information about the area. We loved the fireplace!
We enjoyed our Christmas vacation in Scott’s log cabin. He’s very prompt and his cabin is clean and well maintained. I’d certainly recommend for small family gatherings and ski trips.
We loved our weekend at Scott’s place! It is cozy, clean, convenient, and comfortable, and the house had everything we needed to hunker down and chill out as a family. We will surely return again next year!!

Wonderful Family Cabin
We had a great time at this Vermont cabin. It is very convenient to many beautiful locations, and the cabin was perfect for our family (grandparents, kids, grandkids). We often camp at Jamaica State Park, which is nearby, so in the future we could have older family members stay at this cabin while the rest of us camp. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a beautiful and quite place to stay for a few days.
Nice house. Perfect location. No problem at all. Just enjoy my vacation time

Nice log cabin in the Vermont woods. Beautiful sunrise.
We had a great time with my family. Made fires every night. The kitchen was well equipped. There was everything we needed to make great meals. We also used the pool which was a treat after skiing all day.
Great weekend of skiing, fires, sauna and swimming.
We had a great weekend of skiing. We enjoyed the cabin and look forward to coming back. Fires every night in the fireplace after a long day skiing. Also got to enjoy the sauna at the cabin as well as a swim in pool at the community center. Thanks, Scott!
My sons and I had a fantastic time in the nicest ‘cabin’ ever. A beautiful home with rustic charms and fully luxed out, including a sauna. We all wished we had more time to stay longer. Maybe next year.
