Very cute bed and breakfast, the older lady who runs it is very nice. The entire property is decorated with antiques, the rooms are cozy. They have two very cute well behaved cats downstairs in the common area. The breakfast was also good. The shower is shared as well as the bathroom. Walking distance to a charming waterfront town with coffee shops and restaurants.

Fran is an amazing person. She has been sharing her home as a Bed And Breakfast for 39 years now. She will insist on cooking breakfast and sitting with you. Her love of what she does and her cats is truly genuine.
Close to the cape, easy access to major highways.

I was in town for a wedding. Fran was so sweet and accommodating. We had great conversations and she gave some great local recommendations for thrift stores. The set up at the Mulberry Bed and Breakfast was comfortable, had the feeling of home and was personal. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in that area
