The hotel doesn’t look that nice from the outside, we were a bit hesitant when we arrived. To be fair, rooms are nice, clean and a decent size. The beds, at least the one I slept in was hard as a rock, might as well have slept on a floor, ot was not comfortable. Other than that, everything else was fine in regards to the rooms. We only stayed one night for a sleepover on our way home from France.
We booked a room with BREAKFAST INCLUDED, but when we called to know what time breakfast was, then suddenly the booking did not include breakfast as it was closed(?). I tried explaining to the man, that on Hotels.com when booking the room, it said breakfast included, in fact it said that on all the rooms. I have screen shots of it as well. But he insisted that there was no breakfast. I feel scammed! We had many other options for hotels at around the same price that included breakfast, and that was one of the criteria for booking a room. So they are apparently happy enough to take your money, and not provide what is included.
