Recommend parking in the 5/day parking garage to not deal with the hassle of street parking and updating the meter every 3 hours. The place is modern, beautiful, with all the amenities you need. 「A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good...
