“A very well-equipped studio. I appreciated the full sized kitchen and fridge. There were markets close by which meant we could cook at the unit. Conveniently had a small washer and dryer and a supply closet in the lobby to refill washer/dryer tabs and dishwasher pods. The location was great. “The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. “A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. “My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. “Just what we needed. I stayed with three friends. The place looks better and bigger in person than the photos show. Easy access to the house. Tv, internet works fine. There are monitors in the living room and rooms to show the cameras activities around the house so that was comforting. All appliances worked. There were some towels and blankets but if you bring a big group it’s best to bring toiletries, towels and blankets. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly and kept to themselves.……

“Everything for the most part was pleasant and easy going. You get what you pay for here. Small room, but clean looking. Lot of hangers which can be useful. The look is new.
