“Perfect for what we needed as a family of 8,, the host was very easy to communicate with as well.”

“At the mountain.”

“The check in and payment process has been less than expected with VRBO. I’ve just been charged again for their issue with not receiving payment for a third party. Unacceptable service…”

“Proximity to downtown and nearby attractions.”

“I was very pleased that it was a pet friendly property, but we checked in early, but supposedly it had already been cleaned. It smell clean and looked clean until you started walking and your feet were sticking to the floor and I took a shower and there is a hairball, which I left right there in the upper left corner of the shower on top of the shower surround and I had to purchase a mop and bucket to clean the floors so that I can walk around in my socks I want to turn on an air conditioner in……

“Beautiful cabin and very comfortable! It was the perfect family getaway. Close enough to Lake George to enjoy, but far enough away to relax. Would definitely stay again!”

“This home is a history lesson. Built more than 100 years ago, you see hand-hewn beams supporting the second floor, floors made up of varying-width boards, rooms large enough for their intended purpose without empty space. Everyone pitched in, bringing whatever expertise they had, to get the job done. All of the basics are provided,……

“The online photos seem to have been taken many years ago when the property was first built. There has been wear and tear on the facility since, I felt misled the moment I walked in the door. Additionally, there was a powerful cleaning smell throughout our stay, likely masking something else. And there were bugs located in the living space and a hornet's nest outside of the balcony.”

“The rooms were a good size especially for a crawling infant; the location was great; there should have been more lighting in the main room; the heating system was poor and inadequate on one night when the room temperature dropped to 66F or lower -- this was very uncomfortable for us as grandparents as the 6 month infant was unable to sleep and had cold hands and feet ”

“The Yurt was scenic, peaceful, and picturesque with everything we needed. A Blue Heron visited us daily, as did the ducks on the pond outside the Yurt. Complete with warmth for the cold nights and all the equipment to store and prepare food, we were able to see some local attractions and go back and forth to and from the Yurt conveniently. Brett and Alicia were wonderful hosts, giving us our privacy but always available. We did some fishing and hiking and visited the Natural Stone Bridge in……

“Overall great time”
