Fantastic House in a great location

Everything was as described in this big house with plenty of room for the entire family. Would absolutely rent again in this area.

Beautiful clean roomy comfortable house but beach access far

We stayed here for a family vacation with a large group and it was nice having lots of space to cook every day & eat together. Having two separate floors each with its own living room so people can also relax separate when we needed alone time was nice too. We just wished there was closer beach access. Even though the beach is so closeby you have to drive 3 miles to the public area at Del Rey or Sunset Beach to reach it. But at least you can drive on the beach.

Beautiful home in a gated sea side community

It was great staying here for 3 nights, and everything about this property was convenient, starting with the fact that there are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, with separate TV room and living area for gathering. Kitchen was fully equipped and functional, proper 8 seater dining area, ample sunlight coming in from all directions, plenty of car parking space, good front and back yard etc. There were enough linens/towels for our family. Another convenience is the location of this property, which is in a gated community closer to the coast. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town with access to Costco, Walmart, restaurants and all necessities, which for us was a blessing. Couple of things to note wasn't fully as expected for us. The listing says it is a "home with beach access", the nearest accessible beach is Del Rey beach, something 9 minutes of drive from there outside the community. The 2 car parking spaces in the garage were not accessible as the garage key never worked, and the door to garage from inside the home was also locked. They said they will try to get in tough with local operator, but I believe it was tough as it was ThanksGiving weekend. Overall, I will still pick this place when we go near Astoria or Warrenton. Lots of memories created.
