"We’ve stayed here several times over a lot of years, and it has been well maintained and updated over the years. We stayed in a suite this year (first time) and it was a special treat—roomy with a great view of the beach. We love this place!"

"Okay I will be honest the property is old and has a musty smell, but I expected it because it's old, however it is clean. The carpet was stained so definitely wear socks or slippers but it wasn't dirty. The bed was very comfortable and that's all I care about because when you are on vacation you really only use it to sleep anyway. The view was beautiful and every room has a marina view. The staff was professional and very helpful. We felt safe even though at first sight we were a little nervous. Fun fact is if you are going to Astoria for a Goonies adventure, the crew and actors actually stayed at this property while filming the movie and I thought that was so cool."

"We got the King Suite because we have three kids and a dog, It worked out perfect, everthing was so close, made vacation super easy. If I have to say somthing negative, then the parking was really tight, big truck and Expedition size suv will struggle with parking unless you get there early."

"Solid choice for the price point. Breakfast was good, pool was clean and warm, room clean, looks like they are starting to renovate as it is an older hotel. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, my husband said,”bed is rocks” in his sleep. We would stay again."
