Our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom warm sunny house is a three minute walk away from the Beach and Bay
Two lovely decks boarder the living areas overlooking the beautiful gardens. The property boundary is high fenced to ensure total privacy and all day sun, and lots of parking
Warrington beach offers a wonderful quiet white sand beach
Perfect for walking, jogging, swimming, bird watching and surfing (surf patrolled in summer months )
Blueskin Bay for exploring, crab hunting and cockle collecting kayaking, canoeing, wind surfing
Wonderful local attractions.. Including The Gallery Licensed Cafe, Arc Brewery, Warrington school, Blueskin Nursery and Cafe, Orokonui Ecosanctuary.
Warrington is a small, safe, quiet and serene community approximately 15 to 20 minutes from Dunedin City centre
