The apartment is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly location with a well-developed local infrastructure with the nearest grocery shop 130 m from the apartment. Food lovers will appreciate renowned atmospheric restaurants and cafes on the Francuska Street within a 15-minutes walking distance. Many other interesting restaurants can also be found on the neighboring streets. Despite being close to the city center, this green area is perfect for a family time within nature: the Plażówka Saska beach on the bank of the Wisła river is just 1.5 km from the apartment. In the neighborhood there is also a large city park (800 m) and a shopping center Galeria Handlowa Saska Kępa (1.3 km) The location has very good communication with both the city center and the Old Town as there is a bus stop 100 m from the apartment. By using the public transport, the downtown can be reached in 20 minutes. The journey to the Chopin Airport takes about half an hour by bus or car.
