Great Comfort, But Needs Attention to Functional Details
Our stay at the Best Western Plus Warsaw was a mixed experience; while the room offered excellent comfort, it was somewhat hampered by several maintenance and functional issues that should be addressed.
The Highlights (Comfort & Amenities):
The best part of our stay was the comfort level. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. We also appreciated the fantastic water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the third-floor lounge looked inviting and well-maintained, though we did not use the amenity.
Maintenance and Functionality Issues:
We encountered persistent issues that detracted from the experience. The main elevator was small and had a noticeable delay, or hesitation, upon arriving at the floor before the doors would open.
Inside the room, the door was finicky, requiring firm effort to ensure it was fully closed and securely locked. Regarding charging, we could only locate one convenient electrical outlet, and our chargers would not stay securely plugged in making them unusable. Crucially, we were unable to connect to guest Wi-Fi, as access information was either missing or the service was unavailable. Furthermore, the small refrigerator in our room did not function. (Note: I informed the staff at check-out, so I can't confirm how quickly they would handle the repair.)
