We booked a room with a sofa sleeper for our granddaughter to sleep on. We had to call the front desk then go down to the front desk to get sheets and blankets for the bed. We used the pool which was quite cool but bearable once you got used to it. It’s small but nice for a family to enjoy. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, potato pieces, waffles (you make), bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal (packets) and fruit. I really liked that they had a personalized coffee dispenser with multiple options from plain coffee to lattes to cappuccinos and more. It even had decaf options for all of those which was great since I can’t have caffeine. There was also juice and milk available.

Our room was clean and nice, staff was very nice at checkin, my only complaint would be Breakfast hours aren't that good, if you've been traveling and get in late, people like to sleep in. Plenty of breakfast in the morning, but there weren’t a lot of guests. Night receptionist was very pleasant upon check in. We got to our room, and it was obvious the fridge didn’t work. Which normally isn’t a big deal, but we had a lot of leftovers from dinner so it was kind of a necessity. Went to the front desk and asked to just change rooms since there weren’t many guests, reception said, “I’ll look at it in a bit, my hands are currently tied”. Okay, that’s fine. She came up half an hour later, looked at it, told us to call again in half an hour if it wasn’t cold. Even though it didnt change at all during the time we waited for her to come up after we did some basic troubleshooting. At that point, we didn’t care anymore and just wanted to rest. $80 worth of food (the same price as the room) went to waste because it was too much of a hassle. Bed was comfortable, pool wasn’t freezing, breakfast was pretty decent! Next time we choose a hotel in Warsaw, we”ll go to the Hampton or Fairfield.

Great Comfort, But Needs Attention to Functional Details Our stay at the Best Western Plus Warsaw was a mixed experience; while the room offered excellent comfort, it was somewhat hampered by several maintenance and functional issues that should be addressed. The Highlights (Comfort & Amenities): The best part of our stay was the comfort level. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. We also appreciated the fantastic water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the third-floor lounge looked inviting and well-maintained, though we did not use the amenity. Maintenance and Functionality Issues: We encountered persistent issues that detracted from the experience. The main elevator was small and had a noticeable delay, or hesitation, upon arriving at the floor before the doors would open. Inside the room, the door was finicky, requiring firm effort to ensure it was fully closed and securely locked. Regarding charging, we could only locate one convenient electrical outlet, and our chargers would not stay securely plugged in making them unusable. Crucially, we were unable to connect to guest Wi-Fi, as access information was either missing or the service was unavailable. Furthermore, the small refrigerator in our room did not function. (Note: I informed the staff at check-out, so I can't confirm how quickly they would handle the repair.) Service and Final Suggestions: The staff members we interacted with were pleasant, but they were not overly

The motel and its staff were great. The TV was connected to the door light switch so you couldn't good to sleep with the TV in sleep mode. A pothole at the entrance of the property damaged my rim and tire.
