The property is in a set of new buildings nicely arranged and having all required facilities (parking, full kitchen, WiFi, etc.) Near public transportation - buses, trams and metro. There is no reception desk, but the access to the building is quite secure. There is no room service, but there is equipment for self-cleaning. I had some troubles with check-in. The room was changed in the last moment, I did not see the notification because I was in travel and did not monitor continuously my messages assuming everything is final. As a result, I was waiting for more than an hour to access to the room. They should not change arrangements when people are in travel and may not be able to read notifications.

Bad condition of property. Very hard to find needed flat. No lock in the bathroom. Asked for the invoice for company and never heard back. also, somebody dented the car on the underground car park.

Ogóle wrażenie na plus. Przestronne, nowe zadbane. Brak na wyposażeniu przedmiotów, które byly w opisie (pralki, tostera). Za mało tabletek do zmywarki. Mieszkanie trochę podniszczone ale czyste. Ważne dla mnie, że bardzo ciche, nie słychać ulicy. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bardzo wygodne. Polecam

More information please!

The apartment itself was fantastic, it was modern and clean, provided with fresh towels, with a small shop nearby - short Uber ride away from the city centre and felt safe. The only thing I would point out, is that the entrance to the building is not very obvious and the instructions we were given were not detailed enough to make sense of the entry way. In fact, we ended up entering the building through another door which then found us in a different building which was only under construction. Thankfully I am fluent in Polish and was able to ask someone for help, as otherwise we would have been going in circles. There is no reception, which is fine, and the gentleman I spoke to over the phone was really polite and pleasant, it was simply lack of information that let us down; I requested a parking space, as we were travelling by car, which was fine and we were told we would find a key to the car park in the apartment. Also fine. But never told which underground car park or which space was reserved for us, again, I had to ask someone for help, and even then, I am unsure if we were parked in the correct spot. Once settled in; all was okay, just unneeded stress before what was meant to be an anniversary night away.

Apartament godny polecenia. Wszystko bylo dostepne, ręczniki, żelazko, zmywarka, itd. Bylam z dziećmi, byly przygotowane dla nich łóżeczka. Lokalizajca bardzo dobra, mimo ze przy pętli tramwajowej to okna byly skierowane na patio wiec bylo cicho. Na plus zasługuje to, ze bylo miejce w garazu podziemnym.

You get what you pay for

I guess I got what I paid for. The price was amazing, the view was top notch, and it looked updated however I would not stay there again. There were some cleanliness issues for me such as visible dust on the mirror and on top of the tiles, someone else’s hair on the bed and on the towel heater, and a bucket of dirty water with a mop on the balcony. Another issue I had is that the ikea headboard had a huge hole in the particle board that was covered up by a pillow. The paint job was also awful with drips all over the tiles. It all just drew attention to how cheap everything in there is and the lack of care for their guests. If you want a place that is cheap and looks updated with a great view and a balcony, then this is for you.

Dobrze utrzymany apartament, czysty w niezłej lokalizacji. Jako że byliśmy w 4 osoby (dwójka małych dzieci to były tylko 2 kołdry -zdecydowanie lepiej gdyby były 3 bo dzieciaki się odkrywają i lepiej jak każdy ma swoją) Nie działało niestety Wi-fi a przynajmniej nie było tego wskazanego przez usługodawcę. Rownież nie otrzymałem informacji który to pokój i jak odebrać klucze, musiałem wydzwaniać i wypytać o wszystko. Na plus na pewno garaż podziemny.

Sam apartament ok. Pomijając że nieposprzątany na czas i nieprzygotowany ,ale to inna bajka . Obiecany zwrot 50 zł .Czekam. Ogólnie hałas dobiegający z ulicy rozbraja i bez drinka trudno zasnąć.Uberem za 10 PLN wszędzie się dojedzie

Nice, Clean, New but Noisy

Nice new apartment! Very busy street so it is noisy with car and tram traffic. There is NO air conditioning so we had to keep the windows open which made the noise an issue. The check in instructions are not accurate in regards to where the main entrance is and needing an entrance code. No where was it stated what time check in was (1430) so we showed up with no where to leave our bags. The management company was able to work with the cleaning crew to get us access to drop our bags off at 1230 so that was a huge help.

Лабиринт, с хорошим номером внутри.

Хорошей многоэтажный комплекс апартаментов с подземной парковкой. Персонал русскоязычный. При этом есть минуты. Попасть в сам номер можно только по инструкции на двух листах, пока доберешься до самого номера, нужно пройти лабиринт с препятствиями(наберите ключ домофона, пройдите в крайную дверь, потом налево, потом на право все время прямо, ключ там то, ключ от парковки на столе, спуститесь, припаркуйте машину на трехуровневой парковке то же по определенному маршруту проедьте и так далее.), что превращает отдых в сущий ад. Более того, я просил заранее, а также по приезду в апартаменты предоставить детскую кроватку для ребенка, однако мне в этом было отказано.
