Whether you are looking to get away from the city for a little bit and enjoy the charm of Downtown Warsaw or looking to put that fishing license to good use at Truman or Lake of the Ozarks this spot has all you need. With a full size kitchen, plenty of sleeping, a full bath and laundry not to mention a beautiful wooded view and the occasional wild turkey or deer out your window.

Owner has been fishing Truman lake since it opened nearly 4 decades ago and is also the Owner of Falcon Outdoors Guide Service LLC. Make sure to reach out for your fishing guide servicing needs.

Perfect Place to Stay
Comfortable and clean, perfect size with the necessary accommodations. Chuck was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The area is really pretty and easy to get to with navigation. Really enjoyed my stay!

Weekend getaway
Perfect little place to stay while we were visiting the area! The owner was friendly and helpful. He even let us use his fenced in area for our dog which was very generous. There is ample parking space if your hauling a trailer or boat and it's a beautiful property! Having access to laundry machines during our stay was great and the kitchen was stocked with utensils/ cookware. We'll come again!
