I was actually very surprised about the location. I was situated around the corner from the Warsaw royal castle and the Old Town Warsaw itself. I was very pleased about the location and would be willing to go back in the future. Only two little complaints that I would make is that the shower unit was a little bit difficult to enter because of the door swing. And second the amount of key s made it slightly longer to figure out as I had to figure out which key to use and in at least one case it was dark in the room where I had to use the key so I have to use my cell phone flashlight to help me out. Other than that issue I did not have any problems and as I said before would go back and stay at that location again. Thank you very much for the room.

Good stay overall, clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the listing was misleading because the kitchen shown in the pictures did not exist at all. The TV also did not work during our stay. Because of these issues, we decided to leave one day early. With more accurate photos and better maintenance, this place could be much better.

SHARED BATHROOM. Ok, just needed to lead with that because I didn't see that when I booked, I only saw it when I went back in and clicked on "see all information". Also, the single twin room is actually the old kitchen. With the kitchen intact. If that's what you want, then great. Also, there's a gate and 3 doors to get through to the room. One of those has an RFID tag and was easy. The 3 physical keys took me over 10 minutes to use to get through the locks. Suggestion: color code them so guests don't have to guess which key for each lock. But also, even with the right key, it took many attempts to get the gate and the front door to unlock. Decided that I didn't want to stay there and got a hotel by the airport instead. Tried to get in touch with the property and they never responded to it. Talked to hotels.com and they said they emailed and called and didn't hear anything back. The next morning the property said I should have let them know that I wasn't happy...
