The Space:

The comfortable studio apartment can accommodate 2 people. The 28 m² space of the apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, an anteroom with an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment is newly renovated to provide guests with the highest level of comfort. The living rooms opens into a cozy balcony overlooking the courtyard, providing isolation from the city noises, as well as filling the room with natural sunlight. The living room has a seating area with a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxation in front of a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Other amenities include free access to a Wi-Fi network and a wide range of essential household appliances (a washing machine, a microwave, ironing facilities, hair dryer).
