If you want stress free travel please avoid. it was really stressful with small child. Property management somehow imagine email address and sent it to random email. And you know what, there was info that you have to book parking space, so didnt receive any info only an a hour before check in. After asking what should I do with a acar they only answer that they dint have space ! with small child ! only property security helped us but not the place that we booked. really the worst experience with no care for customers

Terrible communication with the hotel

The main issue I encountered was the fact that I had to wait almost 2 hours until i could check in. This was due to the lack of communication and little help that I received from the hotel.Due to this problem I missed a very important meeting I had to attend to in Warsaw. The hotel employee I called could no provide useful information and after talking to him on WhatsApp told me that it was a mistake from their side and asked me again for the names on the reservation. He also sent me to another part of the complex to get the key from 1 apartament but I was the wrong key because it actually was the key for the other apartament. Both keys were not in the building we stayed and had to walk 10 more minutes with our luggage to go back and forth for the keys to get in. Also the employee could not offer any information only a photo of a small map that is very hard to read. As the conditions of the booking say "Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information prior to arrival. ", that I never received. It is not my problem that they are not able to do their job properly and that they made mistakes in the booking.

The apartment is ultra modern with two bedrooms. One with a very comfortable bed and the other one with pull out couch. If you don't mind being in the northwest corner of Warsaw then this is the place for you.

Modern, clean apartment w. underground parking

Modern, clean, brand new apartment with option for connected underground parking. Finding the apartment may be a bit difficult, reserve some time for it. At times some quite loud renovation noise from from neighbors' apartments. Small Zabka grocery kiosk in the same building, which is very convenient! Fairly close to the Marywilska 44 'bazaar type' shopping center, if that interests you. City center several kilometers away, own car almost a must.
