Beautiful property! Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Everything so well thought out. We enjoyed our dinner at europejski grill. The staff was the friendliest we encountered in all of Warsaw. Highly recommend!!

Staff was attentive, polite and helpful. Property was in a great location, walkable to old town and a newer part of town - not sure if it was central city or just a more commercial part of town. Hostess and server in the restaurant were both excellent.

Excellent hotel

Stunning brand new hotel, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Absolutely stunning! When I arrived I needed to have a bouquet of flower ready and the concierge had it ready for me in 20 minutes! I will absolutely be back! PS, the Europejski Grill serves the BEST Lobster Bisque I have ever tasted!

Just perfection!

This is a true five star hotel on any point. We stayed at three different five star hotels in three days to compare them. As you say, you get what you pay for, this hotel was fantastic, in the room they have thought of everything, loved the sound in the sound bar under the TV. The spa is amazing and so cozy. We visited it twice during the stay and we were alone in the hole spa both times. I can also recommend to have a drink in the long bar, so nice bar with excellent service. Speaking of service, we were so welcomed of the staff and they are so kind to you. This hotel cost more than twice of the price compared to the other two hotels we tried, but it was so worth it. Thank you for the cake and bottle of sparkling wine on my wife birthday.

This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve travelled all over Europe and stayed in many excellent 5-star hotels before. We loved Raffles Warsaw so much that we rerouted our travel and stayed an extra two nights. The room was large and well appointed and well planned. Every detail had been thought through. It had two storage closets with a cushioned bench between them, long enough for two suitcases. The closet area is located behind the wall, so it doesn’t distract from the serenity of the room. We had two large windows with wide windowsills. Great bed linens and towels. Lights are positioned where you need them. Amazing room service with excellent menu. Concierge and front desk were helpful and dignified. If we asked any staff member how to find something in the hotel, they would not just tell us but take us there. Buffet breakfast had the best ingredients: fresh berries, gravlax and turbot, breakfast meats, homemade yoghurt, eggs any style. All in a beautiful setting. We will surely stay at Raffles Evropejski again and will look for Raffles in other places.

We had a lovely stay for five days location is perfect and close to the centre of old town . Breakfast was very good and close to a lovely seafood restaurant the Lobster house where we had dinner every night.
