"The place was great. New, clean spacious. But be were that the check in was horrific - multiple buzzers, receptions desks, etc. promised access code were never actually received via email. We were lucky to get a hold of the manager via phone late 10pm who was very helpful and finally helped us get into the unit."

"Was great, but the company never sent me a pin to access my apartment and there was no number to call. I had to rely on the goodwill of another company to help in Polish. It was a right faff at the end of a long day travelling.
This is app based, so send the pin and WiFi code in the app…. Simple.
